Mr. Ron Pagano takes another win! He retired and moved to Florida in 2009 and as an amateur photographer he has been photographing nature and all its beauty since. "The Florida state forests offers an abundance of nature and its wildlife to take photos of," Mr. Pagano explained.
Mr. Pagano has photographed Bear, Bob Cat, Alligators, Hawks, Deer, many different Tortoise, Owls, Eastern Cotton Tail, Indigo Snake, and many different kind of birds. "Eagles are my favorite."
He went on to describe how he captured this photograph. "While deep in the Seminole State Forest, I came upon a secluded Eagle nest. This was fantastic and the chance of a lifetime. Even better was seeing the parents and two eaglets growing up. This photo was one of the eaglets testing its wings."
